Soaked and cooked black beans, 1 cup
Low fat Cheese 1 cup
Oil 1 tsp
Salt and pepper for taste
Wash the kale and mince them into tiny pieces
saute the kale and black bean with little bit of oil ,salt and pepper
preheat the pan on the stove
Add a drop of oil and pan and heat the tortilla
spread the kale, bean and cheese on top of the tortillas
Add one more tortilla on top of the filling
Once the cheese melts both the tortillas ends starts sticking to each other.
Keep the quesadilla in the pan and dab some drops of oil on top for crispy and shiny finish.
Cook until it gets crispy
cut the quesadilla into 4 pieces and serve
